Featured Recipe
Savory Citrus Marinade
Makes 1 cup

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice 1/4 cup canola oil
4 tbsp. Simple Indulgence Steak and Chop
Seasoning Blend
Zest of one lime

Place all ingredients in Quick Shake® Container. Replace cover, shake well to blend. Place your choice of chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, or flank steak in the Smart Prep™ System.
Add marinade, seal and flip to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or longer. Remove meat from marinade, discarding any remaining marinade.
Chicken breasts: 4-5 minutes per side, or until thoroughly cooked. Internal temperature should be 165° F.
Pork tenderloin: 12-15 minutes total, turning every 1 1/2-2 minutes or until internal temperature is 140° F.
Flank steak: 6-8 minutes per side.
